    • Enchiladas Verdes o Rojás - your option of chicken or cheese enchiladas in a traditional rojo or jalapeño cream sauce. (Gluten-free and vegetarian alternative for your salsa verde)
    • Chipotle Chicken - sliced chicken breast sautéed in a mushroom chipotle crema sauce
    • Chicken Mole- a family favorite simmered to perfection in a sweet and spicy sauce with a side of traditional red rice and tortillas
    • Chiles Rellenos estilo Coronado- a family tradition and secret recipe
    • Chile Colorado- diced pork or steak in a red chili sauce. (Served with or without potatoes)
